TTD – Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam: Tirupati Prospectus of Junior Colleges for the year 2023-24

I.    Introduction

  • With the blessings of lord Sri Venkateshwara, the TTD’s first Vedic Educational Institute started in the year 1884 and first General Educational Institutes in the year 1886.
    • Since then, it is expanding its support to the education and now running 35 educational institutes directly under its management and providing financial support to 4 universities.
    • Now the TTD Maintaining;
      • 2 High Schools and 2 colleges for promotion of Sanskrit language.
      • 3 High Schools and 1 Junior college exclusively for deaf children
      • 1 Industrial Training center for differently abled children
      • 1 College for Music and Dance for promotion Indian traditional music and dance forms.
      • 1 College for promotion of Traditional Sculpture & Art (SVITSA)
      • 1 High School, 1 Polytechnic, 1 Junior College and 1 Degree College exclusively for Girls
      • 8 Schools, 1 Junior College and 3 Degree Colleges for regular students
      • 1 University and 7 Schools for promotion of Vedas and Vedic language
      • 1 Ayurveda College for promotion of Ayurvedic Sciences
    • In the year 2018-19 total 23,956 students were pursuing their education from class 1 to PG in TTD own educational institutes, of them 11,161 are residing in 26 hostels attached to the institutes where the boarding is free under Sri Venkateshwara Anna Prasadam.
    • The TTD Colleges aimed to impart value-based quality education to  enable the student intellectually fit, socially committed with spiritual and moral values
    • TTD colleges with spacious architecturally  beautiful  buildings,  sprawling play grounds and equipped Laboratories and Libraries provides the best academic, social and spiritual base during graduation. The colleges  are located within 2 km radius from bus stand, Railway station, adjoining different educational campuses like Sri Padmavathi Women’s College, Sri Padmavathi Mahila University, Sri Venkateshwara University, Rastriya Sanskrit Vidya Peet, Sri Venkateshwara Vedic University, Sri Venkateshwara Vedic University etc.

III.     Eligibility criteria for admission

  1. Should have passed SSC or equivalent examination
  • Seats in the colleges and hostels will be allotted to the  eligible  students basing the marks obtained by them in qualifying examination and as per the Rule of Reservation prescribed by the BIE, AP.
  • Priority shall be given to the students who  passed the  SSC  or equivalent exam in First Attempt. Compartmental candidates will be considered only if there are no first attempt passed candidates.
  • The student who joined in intermediate course previous year in any college and applied for admission in current year shall be given admission if there are no current year passed applicants
  • Students belonging to other than Hindu religion and those who do not have the faith in Lord Sri Venkateshwara are not eligible for admission  into hostels. If any student is found, in later date, that he/she  admitted in hostel by hiding the facts, the admission given to such students in both college and hostel will be cancelled.
  • Students whose native place is at less than 20 KMs distance from the college are not eligible for admission in to hostels.
  • Girls are only eligible for admission in SPW Junior College
  • Boys are only eligible for admission in SV Junior College

V.    How to apply:

  1. Keep ready the following;
    1. Mobile Phone: You shall have a mobile number for submission of application and it shall be in activation till the process of admissions are completed. Intimations regarding admissions will be sent to this mobile phone number. Intimations regarding admissions will not be sent through letters or any other physical form.
    1. e-mail ID: you shall have an e-mail for submission of  application.  You shall be checking the mails everyday till the process of admissions are completed. Intimations regarding admissions will be sent to this e-mail. Intimations regarding admissions will not be sent through letters or any other physical form.
  • Scan and keep ready the Passport size photo not more than 100 KB size. You need to upload this photo for submission of application.
  • Open the website http://admission.tirumala.org
  • Read and understand the contents on scrolling and click on Junior College.
  • Read the prospectus carefully in English / Telugu, decide the groups to which you are eligible and suitable, and write down the names of groups in the order of your choice in the following manner;

  • The Important instructions are;

Before entering the details in online KEEP IN MIND that the system will allot the seat first on provisionally basing on the details entered by the student in online. Before confirming the admission, the authorities will enter the details of the students into the system basing their certificates. If any of the details entered by the student is not tallied with the details entered by the authorities basing on certificates, the system will automatically disqualify the applicant and the further correspondence cannot be entertained as the application will permanently be deleted from the system

The mobile number using for submission of application shall be in activation till the process of admissions are completed. Intimations regarding admissions will be sent to this mobile phone number. Intimations regarding admissions will not be sent through letters or any other physical form.

  • Click on the link provided  on  home  screen  for  student  manual in English and Telugu which will guide you for filling and submission of your application through online system
  • Start filling the application by keeping following besides you

VI.    Process of Admissions

  1. Two days after the last date for submission of applications, the system will generate the list of the candidates applied for 2 colleges and will be placed in the admissions website
  2. Three/Four days after the last date for submission of applications, the system will provisionally allot the seats in the college and in the hostel to the eligible applicants to the extent of availability of seats basing on their marks in qualifying examination and reservations.
  • After completion of provisional allotment of seats, the names of candidates who are provisionally selected will be placed in admissions website.
  • After completion of provisional allotment of seats by the system, an SMS to the mobile numbers and a message to the mails of the provisionally selected candidates as shown below will be sent;

SMS: You are provisionally selected for allotment of a seat in ……… group with

……. medium in …………. college ………..  (with/without) hostel  seat. Check your mail and website for details

email: You are provisionally selected for allotment of a seat in………………. group with

……. medium in …………. college…………… (with/without) hostel seat.

If you want to join and continue in the allotted group you shall submit all your original certificates to the college and pay the prescribed Fee before………………………… (date).

If you want to join in  the allotted group but desires to join in  another group of your upward choice, you shall report to the college submit all original certificates, pay the prescribed Fee and shall enter into the website with your login ID and submit for upward sliding before………………………………………. (date)

If you do not like to join in the allotted group and desires to join in another group of your upward choice, you shall enter into the website with your login ID and submit for upward sliding before………………………….. (date).

If you neither reported to the college nor submitted for upward sliding in the website  before ………. (date), the seat  allotted  to  you  will automatically cancel and your application will not be considered for next rounds of allotment of seats.

  • The provisionally selected students who do not wants to  join in the allotted group but desires to join in another group of their upward choice,  shall login into the website and submit for upward sliding.
  • The provisionally selected students who wants to join and continue in the allotted group, and who wants to join in the allotted group but desires to join in another group of their upward choice, shall report to the college before prescribed date and submit the following certificates and shall pay the prescribed fee;
    • Printout of the application that uploaded by you in the website
    • Original Transfer Certificate from the college last studied
    • Marks Memo of the qualifying examination
    • Study & Conduct Certificate from the school last studied.
    • Income Certificate if claiming the reimbursement of Fee.
    • Photostat copy of Ration Card
    • Caste Certificate, if claiming reservation under this category.
    • Residence / Nativity Certificate
    • Disability certificate, if claiming reservation under this category.
    • NCC certificate, if claiming reservation under this category.
    • Sports certificate, if claiming reservation under this category.
    • Ex-servicemen certificate, if claiming reservation under this category.
  • TTD Service certificate, if claiming reservation under this category.
    • SV Bala Mandir certification, if claiming reservation under this category.
    • Two recent passport size photographs with name on backside.
  • The authorized verification team at the college will enter the details basing on original certificates produced by the student.
  • If the details facts entered by the student and  the details  entered  by  the verification team are tallied, the system will allow to receive the Fee from the student.
  • After payment of Fee by the student and entry of payment details, the system will generate the admit card and the principal shall  sign and  issue the admit card to student.
  • If the details entered by the student in online application are not tallied with those entered by the verification team at the college, the admission given to the student will automatically cancel and no further correspondence will be entertained with those candidates.
  • The student who got admission and paid the Fee will have the provision to submit his request for Sliding for the group of his upward choice or to remain in the same group.
  • If any student, who is provisionally selected for admission, neither reported to the college nor submitted for sliding in the website before prescribed date, the seat allotted to him will automatically cancel and his application will not be considered for next rounds of allotment of seats.
  • The seats in the college and hostel which are not filled up to the time given for the students selected in I round will be treated as vacancies.
  • The students who got the seat but opted for sliding and the students who could not get the seat in the first round will be considered for next round allotment.
  • After the time given for joining of the students selected in, I round is over, the system will allot the left over seats in the college and hostel, to the students remained as explained above, basing on their marks in qualifying examination and reservations.
  • After the allotment of the seats in second round, the steps 4 to 14 will be repeated.
  • After the time given for admission of II round provisionally selected students is over, the system will allot the left-over seats, to the students who opted for sliding and could not get the seat in I&II rounds, and SMS and e-mails will be sent to the provisionally selected students as shown below;

You are provisionally selected for allotment of a seat in ……… group with …….

medium in …………. college ……….. (with/without) hostel seat. If you want to join

and continue in the allotted group, you shall submit all your certificates to the college and pay the prescribed Fee before………….. (date).

  1. The students who are provisionally selected for admission in III round shall report to the college and submit their original  certificates, and  the  steps at point 7 to 10 will repeat.
  2. The students who gets admission in another group in sliding, need not pay the fee again, but to pay the difference amount after joining in the college.
  • The students who are selected for admission into hostel shall pay the hostel establishment charges (not food charges) while joining in to the hostel
  • Once the admission is confirmed the Fee is paid, the Fee amount will not be returned even the student wants to leave the college

22.   Option for sliding:

  1. If the group of your First Choice is allotted, you will not have the option for sliding. You have  to attend the college along with all your certificates and pay the prescribed fee before the last date.  Otherwise, the seat allotted to you will automatically be cancelled.
  2. If the group other than your First Choice is allotted, you  will  have  the option for two types of sliding i.e. (i) option for sliding without joining in the college and (ii) option for sliding after joining in the college.
  3. Opting the sliding without joining in the college: Students who are provisionally selected for admission into a group (other than  his  first choice) but do not want to join in that group and desires to join in another group of his upper choice, shall login into the  admission website, click  on the “Application Status” on home screen and enter on “Yes I opt for sliding”.

If you opt for sliding without joining in the college, the seat provisionally allotted to you will automatically cancel and your application will be examined for allotment of seat in the groups of your higher choice in next round/rounds as per your marks  and reservations. System will allot  a  seat if seats are available in the groups of your higher choice, and will not allot a seat if seats are not available in the groups of your higher choices to allot up to your merit.

  • Opting the sliding after joining in the college: Students who are provisionally selected for admission into a certain group shall report to the college and submit his certificates and pay the prescribed fee within the date given. If you are satisfied with the group joined you need not opt for sliding. If you want to join in the present allotted group but desires to join in other groups of your upper choice, you shall login into the website, after paying the fee, click on the application status on home screen and enter on “Yes I opt for sliding”.

If you have paid the fee and opted for sliding for the groups of  higher choices, the seat provisionally allotted to you will be remained to you and if the seats are available in the groups of your higher choice than the present allotted group, the system will allot the seat as per your merit and reservations. If seats are not available  in the groups  of your higher choices to allot up to your merit, the seat will not be allotted to you in the groups of your higher choices but the seat you already joined will be remained to you.

  • For selection of  sliding,  go to home  and  click  on  “Application  Status” button, and click on “Yes I Opt for Sliding” on next screen, your request for sliding towards your upward choice is recorded in the system.
  • Provision is not available to revise the options during opting for sliding. You can only opt for sliding towards your upward choices.
  • If any student, who is provisionally selected for admission, neither reported to the college nor submitted for sliding in the website  before  prescribed date, the seat allotted to him will automatically cancel and his application will not be considered for next rounds of allotment of seats. Further if a candidate opted for sliding without joining in the college and if the seat in

his/her higher choice group is not allotted as per his marks, no seat will be remained to him/her.

CTET JULY 2023

CTET PUBLIC NOTICE

The Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct 17th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in CBT (Computer Based Test – Online) mode between July, 2023 to August, 2023. The exact date of examination will be mentioned on the admit cards of the candidates. The detailed Information Bulletin containing details of examination, syllabus, languages, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities and important dates will be available on CTET official website: https://ctet.nic.in. soon and the aspiring candidates are requested to download the Information Bulletin from the above mentioned website only and read the same carefully before applying. The aspiring candidates have to apply online only through CTET website The online application-process will be start from 27-04-2023 (Thursday) onwards and the last date for submitting online application is 26-05-2023 (Friday) upto 11:59 hrs. The fee can be paid upto 26-05-2023 (Friday) before 11:59 hrs.

The application fee applicable for CTET July-2023 is as under:

The candidates must note that the examination city of their choice will be allotted on first cum first served basis only as per availability of capacity in the city of examination. The candidates, who complete the online application process and pay the fee on first cum first served basis, will be allotted the examination city of their choice as per availability in that particular city. The total capacity in a particular city will also be available on the portal. If the total capacity of a particular city is full during completion of application process or making payment of examination fee or updation of transaction on portal, the candidate will be given the option either to select any other city or cancel the transaction. If a candidate cancels the transaction, full fee will be refunded to his/her account as per mode of payment and application will not be considered for this examination of CTET. The request for change of examination city will not be accepted in any case.

It may also be noted that if the total capacity is full in a particular city while filling on-line application, the candidate has no right to claim for the allotment of examination center in that particular city and Board will not be responsible for it. So the candidates are advised to complete their application process without waiting for last date.

ELIGIBILITY
The minimum qualifications for appearing in the CTET are as notified by NCTE. The candidates are advised to visit the website of NCTE Website to ascertain their eligibility.

STRUCTURE AND CONTENT OF CTET
All questions in CTET will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), with four alternatives out of which one answer will be most appropriate. Each carrying one mark and there will be no negative marking. There will be two papers of CTET.

(i) Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.

(ii) Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.

Note:

A person who intends to be a teacher for both levels (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both the papers (Paper I and Paper II).

Eligibility Criteria for admission:
The eligibility criteria for admission into D.El.Ed., course shall be as mentioned
below:
i. The candidates should be of Indian Nationality and should satisfy the
Local / Non Local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra
Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of admission) Order, 1974
as subsequently amended from time to time for admission into all
Government DIETS and un-aided Non-Minority and Minority Elementary
Teacher Training Institutions.
ii. Candidates should have secured a rank in DEECET conducted for the
academic year concerned for admission into Government DIETs and
Private Elementary Teacher Training Institutions and should satisfy the
educational criteria prescribed for the course as shown at (iii) below. For
obtaining a DEECET rank, candidate belonging to “OC” and “BC”
communities shall secure minimum 50% marks in DEECET. For
Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Physically Challenged
candidates the minimum qualifying mark for allotment of seats reserved
under the respective categories will be 45%. That is to say candidates
belonging to SC and ST communities should secure 50% of marks for
consideration against seats under OC/ NCC / CAP /Sports category.
iii. Educational Qualifications:
For seats in all Government DIETs and Category ‘A’ and ‘B’ seats of
Private Elementary Teacher Training Institutions
(a)The candidate should have passed or appeared for the
Intermediate Examination (Qualifying Exam) or its equivalent as
decided by the DEECET Committee for appearing DEECET-2023.
However, he/she should have passed the qualifying examination
at the time of admission.
b. The candidates should have secured 50% of marks in aggregate in the
Qualifying Examination for appearing in the DEECET for both ‘A’ and ‘B’
category seats. The minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying
Examination for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Physically
Challenged candidates shall however be 45% for both ‘A’ and ‘B’

c. Subject wise allotment of seats for admission into D.El.Ed. course

  1. Mathematics – 25% of seats
  2. Physical Science – 25% of seats
  3. Biological Science – 25% of seats

    iv. Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 1 September of
    the year of admission. There shall be no upper age limit for admission into
    D.El.Ed course.
    v. The minority status of the students shall be decided as mentioned at Rule 2 (p)

What is AP RTE?

The AP RTE Act was enacted in 2009, with the aim of providing free and compulsory education to children from economically weaker sections. The act mandates that private schools reserve 25% of their seats for children from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Education is a fundamental right of every child, and it is the responsibility of the state to ensure that every child has access to quality education. In line with this, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has launched the RTE (Right to Education) Act, which guarantees free and compulsory education for children between the ages of 6 and 14 years.

What is AP RTE Admission 2023?

AP RTE Admission 2023 is an admission process for economically weaker sections (EWS) of society under the Right to Education Act. The government of Andhra Pradesh has launched this scheme to ensure that every child in the state has access to quality education.

RTE Admission AP Eligibility

To be eligible for RTE admission AP 2023, the child must belong to an economically weaker section, including Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes. The annual income of the family should not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakh.

Age Criteria: The child must be between the ages of 6 and 14 years to be eligible for admission under the AP RTE Act.

 2)   పిల్లల వయసు ఎంత ఉండాలి ?

A) IB/ICSC/CBSE సిలబస్‌ని అనుసరించే ప్రైవేట్ పాఠశాలల్లో నమోదు చేయడానికి, 01.04.2023న లేదా అంతకు ముందు పిల్లలకి 5 సంవత్సరాలు నిండి ఉండాలి.

B)రాష్ట్ర సిలబస్‌ని అనుసరించే ప్రైవేట్ పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రవేశానికి, పిల్లల వయస్సు 01.06.2023 నాటికి 5 సంవత్సరాలు నిండి ఉండాలి.

 3) రెండవ విడత ఆన్లైన్ అడ్మిషన్ల నోటిఫికేషన్ తేదీలు

 విద్యార్థుల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ : తేదీలు..06/.05/.2023 నుంచి 15/05/2023 వరకు

 4) RTE 2023-24 రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఎలా చెయ్యాలి….

దరఖాస్తు నమోదు ప్రక్రియకు విద్యార్థి ఆధార్ నంబర్ అవసరం. విద్యార్థికి ఆధార్ నంబర్ లేకపోతే, వారి తల్లి, తండ్రి లేదా సంరక్షకుల (తల్లిదండ్రులు లేని అనాథ పిల్లల విషయంలో) ఆధార్ నంబర్‌ను ఉపయోగించి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయవచ్చు.

STEP 1:

ఇక్కడ క్లిక్ చేసి, “రిజిస్టర్” ఎంచుకోండి. నమోదు చేసుకోవడానికి, రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ సమయంలో విద్యార్థి లేదా తల్లి లేదా తండ్రి లేదా సంరక్షకుడు తప్పనిసరిగా BPL కుటుంబం అయి ఉండాలి, అప్పుడే రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ సాధ్యమవుతుంది.

STEP 2:

మీరు నమోదు చేసుకున్న తర్వాత,  మీ మొబైల్ నెంబర్ కు User Name & Password లు వస్తాయి.Change Password చేసుకోవాలి.

STEP 3:

లాగిన్ అయిన తరువాత విద్యార్థి లేదా తల్లి తండ్రి లేదా సంరక్షకుల ఆధార్ నెంబరు ఎంటర్ చేసి GO పై క్లిక్ చేస్తే GSWS Server లొ ఉండే డేటా అనగా పేరు , జిల్లా పేరు ,మండలం పేరు,పంచాయతీ పేరు, మొబైల్ నెంబరు,చిరునామా వస్తాయి. మొబైల్ నెంబర్ ను ఎడిట్ చేసుకునే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ సమయంలో ఏ నెంబర్ అయితే ఇస్తారో ఆ నెంబర్ మాత్రమే ఇక్కడ ఎంటర్ చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది.

STEP 4:

ఇతర వివరాలు అనగా PIN Code, E-Mail, DOB, Age, Gender, Religion, Caste, Rice Card Number ( Weaker Section వాళ్లకు తప్పనిసరి) ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.

STEP 5:

విద్యార్థి వయస్సు ఐదు మరియు ఆరు సంవత్సరాల మధ్య  ఉండాలి.

పిల్లల వయస్సు

 * 01.04.2023కి ముందు ఐదేళ్లు దాటితే CBSE, ICSE, IB లేదా రాష్ట్ర పాఠశాలలు అందుబాటులో ఉంటాయి.

పిల్లల వయస్సు 01.06.2023కి ముందు ఐదేళ్లు దాటితే  రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలు మాత్రమే అందుబాటులో ఉంటాయి.

STEP 6:

విద్యార్థి పాఠశాలకు హాజరయ్యే తోబుట్టువులు ఉన్నట్లయితే, “YES” ఎంచుకుని, వారి పాఠశాల యొక్క UDISE కోడ్ మరియు ఆధార్ నంబర్  ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.

STEP 7:

విద్యార్థికి ఏవైనా ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలు లేదా వైకల్యాలు ఉంటే లేదా HIV/AIDSతో బాధపడుతున్నట్లయితే లేదా అనాథ అయితే, అవసరమైన వివరాలను ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.

STEP 8:

రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ సమయంలో అందించిన చిరునామా తప్పుగా ఉంటే, మీరు ఈ క్రింది రుజువులలో ఒకదాన్ని అప్‌లోడ్ చేయడం ద్వారా దాన్ని అప్‌డేట్ చేయవచ్చు:

ఆధార్ కార్డ్, ఓటర్ కార్డ్, కరెంట్ బిల్లు, టెలిఫోన్ బిల్లు, వాటర్ బిల్లు, ఇంటి పన్ను రసీదు, డ్రైవింగ్ లైసెన్స్, ఇంటి అద్దె ఒప్పందం కాపీ, రేషన్ కార్డ్, ఉద్యోగి సర్టిఫికేట్

మీరు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్రక్రియను పూర్తి చేసిన తర్వాత, మీరు SMS ద్వారా అప్లికేషన్ ID మరియు పాస్‌వర్డ్‌ను SMS రూపంలో వస్తుంది. ఆ డేటా Save చేసుకోండి .

నమోదు ప్రక్రియ ప్రకారం, విద్యార్థి లేదా తల్లి లేదా తండ్రి లేదా సంరక్షకుల చిరునామా ఆధారంగా క్రింది పాఠశాలలు ప్రదర్శించబడతాయి:

   5)    పాఠశాల ను ఎలా ఎంచుకోవాలి:

విద్యార్థి లేదా తల్లి లేదా తండ్రి లేదా సంరక్షకులు ఉన్నటువంటి చిరునామా నుంచి ఒక కిలోమీటర్ పరిధిలో ఉన్న పాఠశాలలో కనిపిస్తాయి.

పాఠశాలల సంఖ్య 10 కన్న తక్కువ ఉన్నట్టయితే అప్పుడు మూడు కిలోమీటర్ల పరిధిలో ఉన్నటువంటి పాఠశాలల లిస్టు చూపించడం జరుగును.

ఒక కిలోమీటర్లు మరియు మూడు కిలోమీటర్ల పరిధిలో ఏ ఒక్క పాఠశాల లేనట్టు అయితే అప్పుడు మిగిలిన పాఠశాలల లిస్టు చూపించడం జరుగును.

విద్యార్థి యొక్క వయసు ఆధారంగా స్కూల్ ల వివరాల అనేవి చూపించడం జరుగును. లిస్టులో నుంచి గరిష్టంగా 10 పాఠశాలను సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకోవాలి. తరువాత సబ్మిట్ చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది….

SHRESHTA

Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has entrusted to NTA the
responsibility of conducting National Entrance Test for Scheme for
Residential Education for Students in High Classes in Targeted Areas
(SHRESHTA (NETS))- 2023.
Scheme for Residential Education for Students in High Classes in
Targeted Areas (SHRESHTA) provides for high quality education for
meritorious Scheduled Castes (SCs) students only, in reputed residential
schools. Approximately 3,000 seats would be provided in class 9th and
11th in these schools.
The National Entrance Test for SHRESHTA (NETS) will be an offline
test conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for selecting SC students
for admission in Class 9 and 11 whose parental annual income is up to ₹ 2.5
lakh. There is no fee for the examination.
